- We provide free blog counters and free blog stats reports for BlogPatrol users.
- We offer this service especially for use on blogs, but also for use on other websites.
- Although we publish banner ads and sponsored content on our website in order to provide free services for our users, we do NOT publish any kind of advertising on your blog(s) or website(s) OTHER THAN our own BlogPatrol counter widget.
- We do our best to help our users, advertisers, and sponsors be satisfied with our service and performance.
- We may remove, at our sole discretion, any content that is unlawful, libelous, offensive, etc.
- We require that all sites using the BlogPatrol service MUST link back to BlogPatrol.com.
- BlogPatrol is only able to track visits/hits when the BlogPatrol counter icon appears on your web page after the page has completed loading.
- We audit our system regularly to verify that all sites using our service are linking back to BlogPatrol.com with a clearly visible BlogPatrol counter icon.
- As a result of such audits, we may suspend, cancel or delete your account without notice if it does not link back to BlogPatrol.com.
- We may suspend or terminate, without notice, BlogPatrol accounts that use excessive bandwidth or other BlogPatrol resources.
- We may suspend, cancel or delete your account for any reason and without notice.
- We may terminate our website and/or services at any time and without notice.
- We provide NO WARRANTY whatsoever with regards to our service.
- We assume NO LIABILITY that may be incurred as a result of your use of this service.
- We may change any and all terms, conditions, and policies at any time without notice.
